Once selections/proposals are approved, IPG manages everything through installation. This includes but is not limited to:
Generate and process purchase orders and payments.
Review and file order confirmations.
Record exact costs and freight charges.
Post vendor payments against purchase orders in purchasing software.
Manage the purchasing inbox and related communications.
Track order statuses and provide team updates.
Maintain vendor relationships and expedite orders through production.
Coordinate local and long-distance shipments as needed.
Oversee items received at the warehouse, including managing damage claims.
Manage warehouse scheduling and installation setup.
